Regarding this issue, please make sure that the “Motion & Fitness” processor is enabled inside your device settings (not app settings).
If this is not enabled, our app cannot calculate any distance.
If you do not see this Motion & Fitness option inside the app settings, then it is possible that the “Motion & Fitness” access from the phone’s privacy settings is turned off.
Please go into the privacy settings and turn on “Motion & Fitness” access, restart the app, then the app will request permission for “Motion & Fitness” access, which after accepting will start tracking calories and distance.
