The program was specifically designed to work out only 3 times a week, with a day’s rest in between. This allows users time to recover and be fresh for their next run!
This also allows for a lot of time flexibility, just in case you need to move around workouts to fit a busy schedule.
Having said that, this program is meant as a general guide, and if you feel you can physically do more than 3 workouts in any given week, you can most certainly move forward and do more!
There is no limitation in the app itself on how many workouts you can do per week.
