With most operating systems which utilizes battery optimization algorithms, if our app is minimized to the background, there is a high chance that the device OS will believe that the app is not in use, and will auto-force stop the app.
We recommend that the app is in the foreground at all times when in use, as we cannot control what the OS will do if you put our app in the background. Please use our lock feature in our app during the run.
