Zen Labs Fitness Privacy Policy

Zen Labs LLC (“Zen Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Zen Labs Fitness mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information described below. We do not collect precise location data, and we do not share or sell personal information to data brokers or advertising partners.

Account and Subscription Data

If you have a paid subscription, we store your email address using Firebase (a Google service). This is used solely to match and restore your purchase across your own devices, so you don’t lose access if you switch phones or reinstall the App.

Workout and Achievement Data

To track your progress and unlock achievements, we store records of your completed workouts, including the date, duration, and the week/day of your program. This data is tied to your account. We do not collect any other personal information as part of this feature.

How We Use This Information

• To verify and restore active subscriptions across your devices.
• To track workout history and display achievements/progress within the App.
• To provide customer support if you contact us about your account.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not share it with third-party ad networks or data brokers.

Data Retention

We retain your email address and workout/achievement data for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete this data from our systems. To request deletion, contact us at support@zenlabsfitness.com. We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, but only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use Firebase (Google) to store and process account and workout data on our behalf. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Zen Labs, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If Zen Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this policy changes as a result.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@zenlabsfitness.com and we will delete it.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we store. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App.
